Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We ship worldwide from Vilnius, Lithuania.

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. You'll get a tracking number by e-mail once your parcel is on its way.

Delivery times are estimates from our carriers and run from the day of dispatch, not the day you order. We can't guarantee carrier timelines.

Orders outside the EU

Parcels going outside the European Union may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by the destination country. These are not included in what you pay at checkout, and they're the recipient's responsibility. We can't tell you in advance what they'll be — they vary by country and change often.

If a parcel is refused at customs and returned to us, we'll refund the item price but not the shipping cost.

Returns

You have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind, for any reason or none.

How to return something

1. E-mail help@skudraclothing.eu within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and which items you're returning.
2. We'll confirm the returns address.
3. Send the items back within 14 days of telling us.
4. Once they arrive, we refund you within 14 days, to the payment method you used.

Condition

Items must come back in the condition you received them. Try a cap on, check the fit and the look — exactly as you would in a shop. But items showing wear, marks, smoke or fragrance may be refunded at a reduced amount reflecting the loss in value.

Please keep the original packaging where you can.

Who pays for return postage

You cover the cost of sending items back to us. The exception is if the item arrived faulty, damaged, or wasn't what you ordered — then we cover it, both ways.

Faulty or wrong items

E-mail help@skudraclothing.eu with a photo. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including all shipping costs. This is separate from the 14-day right of withdrawal and applies for up to two years from delivery.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to your original payment method. After we process it, your bank usually takes another 3–5 business days to show the money. That part is out of our hands.

Business customers

The 14-day right of withdrawal applies to consumers. Purchases by a legal person aren't covered by it.
