1. Validity of the contract of sale, product and price information
1.1. These conditions of sale apply to all purchases of goods from the online store.
1.2. The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to each product. A shipping fee is added to the price.
1.3. The shipping cost depends on the delivery destination and the shipping method chosen. The shipping cost is displayed to the purchaser before the order is confirmed.
1.4. All prices are in Euros (€). The online store is not registered as a VAT payer, and therefore no VAT is added to the price of the goods. The price shown next to each product is the final price of the goods.
1.5. Product information — including material, colour, measurements and weight — is provided next to each product in the online store.
1.6. The online store reserves the right to withdraw from the sale and demand the return of the goods if the marked price of the goods was significantly lower than the market price due to an error.

3.4. The personal data necessary for the execution of payments is transferred to the authorised processor Maksekeskus AS.
3.5. The contract of sale enters into force when the amount payable is transferred to the bank account of the online store.
3.6. If we cannot deliver the ordered goods because stock has run out or for any other reason, the purchaser will be informed as soon as possible and all money paid — including the shipping cost — will be refunded promptly, and no later than 14 days after that notification.
4. Delivery
4.1. Goods are shipped within the European Union.
4.2. The following delivery options are available:
| Carrier | Coverage | Delivery time | Cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| LP Express parcel locker | Lithuania | 1–2 business days | €3.90 |
| Omniva parcel locker | Lithuania | 2–4 business days | €5.90 |
| DPD courier | European Union | 4–8 business days | €12.90 |
4.3. The purchaser bears the shipping cost. The exact price is displayed next to each shipping method before the order is confirmed.
4.4. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of the contract of sale entering into force. A tracking number is sent by e-mail on dispatch.
4.5. Delivery times run from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. In exceptional cases we reserve the right to deliver goods within up to 45 calendar days.
4.6. Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances outside our control do not constitute a breach of contract.
4.7. The purchaser is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for parcels lost as a result of an incorrect address supplied at checkout.
5. Right of withdrawal (returns)
5.1. After receiving the order, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
5.2. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the purchaser is a legal person.
5.3. To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the goods must not be used in any way beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning — the same way you would be permitted to examine them in a physical shop.
5.4. If the goods have been used for any other purpose, or if there are signs of use or wear, the online store has the right to reduce the amount refunded in proportion to the decrease in the value of the goods.
5.5. To return goods, submit a declaration of withdrawal to help@skudraclothing.eu within 14 days of receiving the goods. A withdrawal form is available on our Shipping and Returns page.
5.6. The purchaser must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the declaration of withdrawal, or provide evidence that the goods were handed to the carrier within that period.
5.7. The purchaser bears the direct cost of returning the goods, except where the reason for the return is that the product does not comply with the order — for example a wrong, damaged or defective product — in which case the online store bears the cost.
5.8. Upon receiving the returned goods, the online store shall refund all payments received from the purchaser under the contract immediately, and no later than 14 days after receipt.
5.9. The online store may refuse to make the refund until the returned goods have been received, or until the purchaser has provided proof of having returned them, whichever occurs first.
5.10. If the purchaser has chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest usual method offered by the online store, the store is not required to refund the cost exceeding that usual shipping cost.
5.11. Refunds are made to the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the purchaser.
6. Defective goods
6.1. The online store is liable for non-conformity of the goods with the contract, or for deficiencies that existed at the time of delivery and become apparent within two years of delivery.
6.2. Within the first year after delivery it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. It is the online store's responsibility to prove otherwise.
6.3. The purchaser has the right to contact the online store within two months of a defect becoming apparent, by e-mailing help@skudraclothing.eu or calling +370 601 81319.
6.4. The online store is not liable for defects arising after delivery of the goods to the purchaser, including damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow the care instructions supplied with the product.
6.5. If goods purchased from the online store have a defect for which the online store is responsible, the online store will repair or replace the goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, all payments made under the contract of sale will be refunded.
6.6. The online store will respond to a consumer complaint in writing, or in a form that can be reproduced in writing, within 14 days.
7. Direct marketing and processing of personal data
7.1. The online store uses the personal data entered by the purchaser only for processing the order and delivering the goods. Personal data is forwarded to the transport service provider in order to deliver the goods, and to Maksekeskus AS in order to execute the payment.
7.2. The online store sends newsletters and offers to the purchaser's e-mail address only where the purchaser has expressly asked to receive them.
7.3. The purchaser may opt out of newsletters and offers at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any such e-mail, or by writing to help@skudraclothing.eu.
7.4. Full details of how personal data is processed are set out in our Privacy Policy.
8. Settlement of disputes
8.1. Any complaint about the online store should be sent to help@skudraclothing.eu. We will respond within 14 days.
8.2. If the purchaser and the online store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the purchaser may refer the matter to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba), Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, Lithuania — www.vvtat.lt. Referral is free of charge for the consumer.
8.3. Consumers resident in another EU member state may also contact their national European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net).
8.4. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
9. Amendments
9.1. The online store may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in force at the time an order is placed applies to that order.
